Web Werks Partners with Microsoft for BizSpark program

Web Werks, a Microsoft Certified Partner, joined the effort to help jump-start Internet entrepreneurs, offer its unique services as hosting partner in Microsoft BizSpark program. As part of this alliance with Microsoft, BizSpark participants can utilize Web Werk’s hosting services as part of a network of unique offerings provided for qualified Internet start-ups.

As a BizSpark hosting partner, offers hosting services for “software as a service” solutions developed by BizSpark Startups. Web Werks will offer BizSpark members a wide range of essential applications and services including domain registration, hosting for an extremely affordable price.

Microsoft BizSpark is a global program designed to accelerate the success of early stage Startups. BizSpark provides entrepreneurs fast and easy access to current full-featured Microsoft development tools and production licenses of server products with no upfront costs and minimal requirements. BizSpark startups receive professional support from Microsoft as well as community-driven support from Network Partners who can provide guidance, mentorship and resources to Startups.

Step 1: Do You Qualify?

There are simple eligibility requirements to quailfy for SevePath hosting with Microsoft BizSpark.

Your Company must:

  • be a private company building a software-based product or service
  • have been in business for less than 3 years
  • have less than US$1 million in annual revenue

The BizSpark technology offering to Startups currently includes:

• Design, development, testing and demonstrations rights with regard to—

# All the software included in the Visual Studio Team System Team Suite (VSTS) with MSDN Premium subscription-Expression Studio (Version 2)

# VSTS Team Foundation Server (Standard Edition)

• Production Use rights to host a “software as a service” solution (developed by the startup during their participation, on any platform) over the Internet, with regard to products including: Windows Server (all versions up to and including Enterprise); SQL Server (all versions); Office SharePoint Server; Systems Center, and BizTalk Server

Microsoft will assess a USD$100 program offering fee when your startup exits the program.
